Fair Play Silent and Chinese Auction

Upon entrance to the Fair Play event, you will receive an event program. In it will include a map of all the event activities and a listing of Silent Auction/Chinese Auction packages and tent location.
Once you arrive to the Silent Auction tent, you will register with one of the attendants and submit your name and the telephone number where you can be reached during the day on July 10. In exchange, you will receive a bid number that will remain completely confidential and will only be used to notify you if you've placed a winning bid upon close of the auction. You're now ready to get started!
As you peruse the packages up for bid in our Silent Auction, you will find individual package descriptions and a bid sheet that will accompany each of the offerings. If interested in placing a bid, you simply write your bid number and the amount you wish to bid, on the bid sheet. You will be able to view all bids that are placed but not the identity of the person bidding. Please be sure to bid at least the minimum amount listed which is generally 50% of the retail value.
When you've finished placing bids, go enjoy the other event activities. At 7:00 PM, the auction will promptly close, and all winners will be announced immediately following. If you are present, just come to the tent to pick up your winnings. Otherwise, you will be notified via telephone Sunday, July 8. You do not need to be present to win.

You will sign in with a tent attendant in order to track your ticket numbers.
At 7:00 PM, the auction will promptly close, and all winners will be announced immediately following. If you are present, just come to the tent to pick up your winnings. Otherwise, you will be notified via telephone Sunday, July 8. You do not need to be present to win.
